Background
The agency began with Ghazal's MBA case studies. They kept pointing to the same gap: small businesses with good products and real stories, and no clear way to tell them.
When a serious health challenge made a traditional office job impossible, she built a remote agency that works around real lives, her own included. Marketing And More By G is woman-owned and disability-owned, based in Greater Philadelphia and works with clients across the US and Canada.
She has attended the Small Business Expo every year since 2023. At the New York expo in October 2026 she joined five speed networking sessions and made more than 100 introductions.
