Custom Software
One system you own, instead of five you rent.
We write your own software: the website, the admin panel and the tools your team uses every day, built around the way your business works. It goes further than WordPress and its plugins, and it replaces several monthly subscriptions with one system you own.
Custom UI/UX Responsive Your code, your data
Admin dashboard from a restaurant project. Client name and user details are hidden.
The problem
The subscription pile
Most small businesses add a new tool every time they need a new feature. A year later they pay for a website builder, a menu or catalog app, a booking tool, a form builder, an email tool and an events page. Each one has its own login and its own monthly bill.
- You pay for features you never turn on
- Every small update means logging in to a different dashboard
- Customers leave your website to book, order or apply
- Your data sits in someone else's system and is hard to export
- Prices go up and switching feels too hard
- Your website looks like everyone else's template
Case study
A full-service restaurant in Pennsylvania
The restaurant's website ran on a monthly restaurant-marketing platform, with several other paid online services on top of it. We replaced the website and those tools with one custom-coded system and a private admin panel the team uses every day.
What we built
- Website coded from scratch in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript and CSS, with its own design and fast-loading pages
- Food, drink and service menus with sections, dietary tags (GF, VG, V) and sort controls. Changes go live as soon as they are saved.
- Events added and scheduled from the panel
- Private party and group reservation requests collected through the site
- Catering requests and job applications in their own inboxes
- Website messages from the contact form, with new items flagged
Under the hood
- Secure sign-in protected by Cloudflare Turnstile
- Activity logs that show who changed what and when
- Backups on demand from inside the panel
- Dashboard with new-request counts, last login and support status
- SEO built in: clean URLs, meta tags, Open Graph and restaurant structured data
- Hosting review: moved to a better-priced host, saving about $300 a year
The restaurant kept its point-of-sale system for online ordering and gift cards and its reservation platform, and now pays for fewer of their features. When a tool earns its fee, we connect to it instead of rebuilding it.
What we can build
If you pay a monthly fee for it, we can probably build it into your site
WordPress and its plugins cover the common needs. When your business works in its own way, your own software can follow your rules, show your screens and keep your data. Tell us what you use today and what annoys you about it.
Admin panels
Edit content, menus, products, team pages and prices yourself, in a panel made for your business.
Bookings and requests
Reservations, appointments, quote requests, parties and catering, with email alerts to the right person.
Online menus and catalogs
Filters, sizes, dietary tags and print-ready versions, updated from the same place.
Client portals
Private logins where your customers see orders, documents, invoices or project progress.
Internal tools
Inventory, staff schedules, quotes and invoices, or a simple CRM instead of a stack of spreadsheets.
Dashboards
One screen with the numbers you check every morning, pulled from your own data.
Integrations
When a tool is worth keeping, such as Stripe, Square, Toast, Google Calendar or Mailchimp, we connect it.
Your own app
Works on any phone and can be added to the home screen like a regular app. No App Store approval needed.
Choosing
Subscription, WordPress, or your own software?
Each one makes sense for some businesses. If a subscription already does the job well at a fair price, we'll tell you to keep it.
| Subscription tools | WordPress with plugins | Your own software | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | Low | Medium | Higher |
| Monthly cost | Grows with every tool you add | Hosting plus plugin licenses | Hosting plus optional support |
| Fit with your workflow | You adapt to the tool | Partly, depends on plugins | Built around how you work |
| Who holds your data | The vendor | You | You |
| Day-to-day admin | One login per tool | WordPress dashboard plus plugin settings | One panel made for your team |
| Updates and security | Handled by the vendor | Regular plugin and core updates | Only the code you need, maintained by us |
| Best for | A single need, used lightly | Content sites and blogs | Businesses paying for several tools that overlap |

Who builds it
You talk to the developer, not a ticket queue
Amirreza Kalantari writes our custom software, from websites to admin panels. He has built more than 50 websites, holds Cisco and Microsoft certifications, and handles hosting, security and technical SEO himself.
Ghazal leads the project, the brand and the content, so the system looks and sounds like your business from day one.
Process
From your tool list to launch
Inventory
We list every tool you pay for, what you actually use in each one, and what slows your team down.
Scope and quote
A written scope with the features, timeline and price, plus what it replaces and what it saves you.
Design
Screens for the website and the admin panel, approved by you before any code is written.
Build and test
Built in phases on a private staging link, so you can try each part as it's ready.
Move and launch
We move your content, set up redirects from old pages so you keep your Google rankings, and go live.
Training and support
Your team learns the panel before launch. After that, support and changes are a message away.
Questions
Common questions about custom software
Do I own the code and the data?
Yes. The code, the database and the hosting account are in your name. If you ever work with another developer, they can pick it up.
Can my staff update the site without a developer?
Yes. The admin panel is designed around the tasks your team does every week, such as editing menus, adding events or answering requests, and we train them on it before launch.
Is my own software more expensive than a subscription?
The upfront cost is higher. Over two or three years it often costs less, because you stop paying several monthly fees. We compare both before you decide.
Can you keep some of my current tools?
Yes. If a tool works well at a fair price, such as your POS or payment processor, we connect it to the new system instead of replacing it.
Why not just use WordPress?
For a blog or a simple content site, WordPress is a good choice and we build those too. When you need things no plugin does quite right, such as your own booking rules, a staff panel or client logins, the plugins pile up, slow the site down and need constant updates. Your own software does exactly what your business needs and nothing else.
Do you build iPhone and Android apps?
We build your app so it works in any phone browser and can be added to the home screen like a regular app. For most small businesses this covers what an app would do. We do not publish native apps to the App Store or Google Play.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the number of features. You get a written scope and timeline with the quote, and the work is delivered in phases so you see progress along the way.
